Manufacturer to hold prices for the rest of this year

This counts as breaking news in our industry. Premier Clothing has announced it will hold its prices till the end of 2022.

This is welcome news for Aspect Corporate Clothing and many of its customers that buy from the Premier Clothing range of aprons, tabards, chefwear, work shirts, trousers, polos, gilets and jackets.

We’re hoping that other manufacturers feel the competitive pressure to announce the same. Although what we’re hearing is that more increases are planned from some manufacturers.

This move by Premier is likely to encourage workwear suppliers such as Aspect to recommend their brand of corporate clothing over others that have increased their prices. What is also true is that their wide range makes it easy to suggest their clothing for uniform sales. And once a customer has selected a brand and they are happy thy are unlikely to switch unless the prices are too high, or the stock is not available.

Stock continues to be a major issue and Premier are not immune to this problem. So that’s another consideration when recommending a particular garment or rage of garments.
